Delete your Shapewise account

In the app

1. Open Shapewise and tap your profile in the top right corner.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Without the app

Email support@shapewise.app from the email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account and email address
• All your analyses: results, scores, measurements and pose data
• All key frames and any video that has not been deleted yet
• Your subscription status in Shapewise

What is kept

• A scrambled (hashed) device id with no link to you, so the free analyses cannot be claimed again on the same phone. It is kept for as long as free analyses exist.
• Records of subscription payments, for as long as accounting law requires.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel Shapewise Pro. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions first, so you are not charged again.
